Planned bond-backed reserve model
WINT is planned as a USD stablecoin targeting a 1:1 value with USD and intended to be backed by eligible bond collateral. Issuance will be capped by the independently verified, risk-adjusted value of eligible reserves. Additional WINT may be issued only after additional eligible collateral has been added and verified.
WINT is not yet live. The USD target, reserves, custody, valuation, and redemption arrangements are not active; do not assume a live peg or redemption before formal disclosures are published.
